I just wanted to send this so it is documented. I went down and thanked Cyndy personally in the service department for the great job they had done on fixing my truck. Tim, I have been to your body shop too many times over the past four or so years, but I want you to know I will never use another body shop as long as Jose and Cassidy are there. I cannot speak highly enough of their attitude towards me and their excellent work. My roommate Laverne bought a truck from your dealership and she has used your body shop twice in the past few months. Both Jose and Cassidy explain everything that needs to be done and why. They are a great asset to Auburn Chevrolet. Tim, My wife Audra Booth and I just purchased the 2007 Toyota Prius from Tanya Pearson at Auburn Chevrolet. Since we left your dealership the first time, all we have done is bragged about all your employees especially Tanya. Without a doubt Auburn Chevrolet is the best and friendliest dealership I've ever been to or even heard of. I promise you if I know any one that is ever looking for a car I will send them your way. I must say that I have NEVER been comfortable at a dealership as I always felt like the sales staff was nothing more than a pack of vultures, waiting for their next "victim" to pressure them into buying something they really didn’t want and was probably out of their price range. We arrived on a Sunday night, probably less than 15 minutes until your "posted" closing time. JJ Garcia saw us looking at the car and came to answer questions. We expressed our interest and made an offer. Here is the most amazing part; Colby Jones was on duty that night, took our offer and didn’t jerk us around with the games that many dealerships play. Within 10 minutes we had closed the deal. There were a few items we had concerns about, which he said he would take care of, and in fact he did by Monday afternoon. This was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car and we cannot express enough praise for the outstanding job that was done by your staff, from the pleasant lady who answers the phones to the detail crew who cleaned the car upon delivery. My 2001 Lumina probably wasn’t going to service me well anymore and I didn’t want another car note. Todd did not pressure me but guided me into the decision I made in fact my husband was the one that pressured me (smile). From the time we stepped onto the lot, until we drove off in our new Impala, Todd treated us with the utmost respect and valued my concerns. He was really genuine. He recognized that we were valued and loyal customers, and treated us that way. This is the second car I purchased from Auburn Chevrolet. I have all of my service work done here and there is a particular way that I want to be treated and Todd did it. If I were to rate his service it would be excellent.
